Learn to make your own CRISPY. FRIED. PORK LARD, aka Zhu You Zha-猪油渣. All you need is less then $2 worth of pork lard... and thats it! So crispy and porky, it gives many of our local dishes a body of flavour like no other.
This might sound like a conspiracy, but lard is better for you than most other forms of fat out there (yeah, we do tell ourselves that). The cholesterol content of lard is health-protective, when taken in the RIGHT amount.
It's all natural, so to us it's the one ingredient that is a true flavour bomb!
