My local Kmart shoplifting problem is getting worse. Thankfully I have won one battle to have the Hot Wheels 20 Packs protected by 'wire spiders' and now a 'blue dot' so the new stock protected from the naughty person stealing the valuable and collectable Hot wheels cars. I also found out why the Kmart systems couldn't see the Hot Wheels stock that was being stolen in store and re sold as 'soiled, damaged, missing' goods. It's only when the stock is totally missing and removed from store the system see's a product needing security protection if the theft is recurring. As a regular shopper I could see there was a huge issue with the exclusive cars in the Hot Wheels 20 packs that were being removed for well over 6 months during 2022.

Looking around the store I see the same ratbag activity in the same locations over and over. Whoever is being a bad actor in this store is very confident and a creature of habit. And that's going to be their downfall.

The Thomas & Friends Toys are still hanging in there leading up to Christmas but I see the Percy 6 In 1 Set has had another price rise. It's gone from $29, to $32 then $35 in very short time.
