A little bit about me: Hi! My name is Sheila. In July of 2020 I started my Weight Watchers journey for the gazillionth time but this time I really made it happen. I lost 40lbs and have been able to keep it off. My goal is to lose 10 more lbs after being stuck in a maintenance plateau for the last year. This is my daily video diary of what I eat and how I am really trying to stay within my WW points.
