This video describes the longevity of Kybella injections, which are intended to address fat under the chin and along the neck ("double-chin").
Once injected into the subcutaneous fat Kybella permanently destroys the fat cells. These cells cannot re-accumulate or store fat. Whatever the result is at the end of a treatment session those results are permanent so even twenty or thirty years after the fact those fat cells and the area of fat do not return.
