The nightmare begins again in Resident Evil 7. RE7 is an all new survival horror experience in the franchise that promises to go back to it's roots of true survival horror. You play as Ethan, a man who was just contacted by his wife, three years after she was presumed dead. After receiving her call for help, Ethan sets out for the Baker house, in Dulvey Louisiana to find Mia. He must deal with the Baker family, a horrific and mutated band of savages.

Resident Evil 7 has made some big changes to the series, notably shifting gears to a First Person Perspective, instead of the classic third person. The change is welcome as it provides an all new truly immersive and terrifying point of view. the movement and world interaction has been carefully built to ensure just the right amount of clunkiness to avoid feeling like a "shooter". They've also decided to harken back to their earlier days, back when ammo and pickups were scarce, and gunplay and fighting were risks. RE7 very much feels like the original Resident Evil, skulking around creepy mansions, scouring for every little item you can find, while completing puzzles and avoiding dangers. The game very much feels like a true part of the franchise, and has gone away from the latter style of shoot em up / action games.

In this episode we complete the "Birthday" VHS tape and puzzle, as well as enter the workshop and grab both keycards for Lucas' "party".
