Dale Vince in the video clip, is being incredibly stupid in trying to pretend that China is a low polluter, simply because China has a huge population. He uses the typical red herring tactic of comparing countries on a per capita pollution basis in order to support his narrative, but such an approach is mathematically idiotic and usually meaningless.
