These big fluffy pancakes originated from Japan, hence the name. It's super delicious and not too challenging to make.

Ingredients
2 eggs (separate the yolk from whites)
2 tbsp milk
3 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cream of tarter
Notes: When you're not using the egg whites, put them in the refrigerator and then take them out when you're ready to use.
Before making the meringue, preheat your pan to the lowest setting since you want to cook the batter immediately since the batter will shrink
when making the meringue whisk the egg whites using a hand mixer or a balloon whisk if using a stand mixer. Do NOT use a hand mixer.
