Post-Op Inflammation needs to be dealt seriously in cataract surgery to ensure a good visual outcome. AC Cells and a pupillary Membrane are signs of intense inflammation and in this case the pupil needs to be dilate with a mydricaine (atropine, adrenaline, lignocaine) subconjunctival Injection to break or retract the membrane to avoid formation of Posterior Synechaie. .
