This is an elderly man who had complicated cataract surgery 8 years ago with sulcus fixation of a 3 piece acrylic IOL. He recently took a fall and was referred in with a dislocated implant and vitreous herniating into the anterior chamber. A 20 gu PPV with 25 gu infusion was performed and then the implant was sutured to iris using a combination of sliding slip knot technique for the inferior haptic and a McCannel suture technique for hte superior haptic.
