Thanks for joining us on our adventure of moving the AC lines. Special thanks to Soñ and my dad for teaching us and helping with this move. They helped us save a ton of money by being trained professionals to move our lines safely, and we learned the process for later if anything ever needed to be moved!
Next video we will be moving the final line in our bathroom, the gas line. Thanks for tuning in and please like and subscribe if you enjoyed my video or if you haven’t already. My goal is to help show people that with rising costs of everything in life lately it is more manageable than you think learn how to maintain your own how and learn how to do things yourself. Knowledge is king and having people who can help you learn those things or going to a trade school is so helpful in life for these areas when fewer and fewer people know how to do them.
Thanks for watching and I’ll see you next time Oklahomies!!

Supplies we needed:
-silver soder
-yellow map bottle. That burns 90 degrees hotter than a blue propane bottle. If you have oxyacetaline torch that mightve burned quicker but might be harder to move around in tight places with larger ones. They sell smaller ones to get into tight spaces but it would be a quicker hotter flame.
-fire extinguisher
-New 20 cu ft Steel Nitrogen Cylinder with CGA580 Valve
-Nitrogen Regulator 0-600PSI CGA580 Inlet, 1/4-Inch Male Flare Outlet Connection, Heavy-Duty Handle, Self-reseating Relief Valve, Nitrogen Regulator Hvac, Nitrogen Tank Regulator, by NAKAO
-goggles
-Pipe cutter
-towel
-Rubber insulated gloves highly recommended
-Copper couplings ½” and ¼” though most aren’t copper anymore
-Emory cloth- to get the shine off of them before you start working on them (special cloth for metal working)
-Flux-is a chemical compound that helps prepare the metal surfaces for soldering by removing oxides, promoting wetting, and enhancing the flow of solder. It typically comes in the form of a paste, liquid, or core within the solder wire.
-extra freon for your unit (ours took R22 which production was discontinued 1/1/2020.
–Vacuum pump- Goes to negative 30 psi for vacuum pump to pull any moisture out of the high and low pressure lines( last step before adding freon back in)
