In Oxygen Not Included 2019 ep 3, we're finding our job roles require decent morale to be carried out effectively, so we look about improving decor and adding a recreation room, complete with water cooler.

We also discover we have no proper miner, so we hope that our new recruit is good in that area, so we can train them up to dig through obsidian, allowing us to possibly tunnel up and reach the surface.
