Onion with butter is warmed on the tawa at starting then Jeera is added followed by mashed potato and tomato. later followed by boiled green peas.
Masala is put as Salt, Dhaniya powder, PavBhaji Masala, Garam Masala, Red Chilli Powder lastly Corainder.
With some amount of water the whole mixture is mixed properly.
Pav Bhaji is served in a plate with Butter topped on it along with Green Coriander,
Awesome Taste, Famous Pav Bhaji in Mumbai.
Daily Serving Minimum 1000 Plates. With People waiting in queue to get their tables allotted.
