Your offer was accepted on a property but you have buyer's remorse and want to know if you can get out of an offer on a house.

I'll go over the basic rules of an offer so you'll know if you're able to cancel your offer and get out of the agreement on the property.

There are certain ways that you can get out of a deal without consequences, but you could also get in trouble if you breach a contract.
