Ingredients
3.4 ounces Mixed greens
0.6 ounces Dried Seaweed
Kikkoman® Thai Style Peanut Sauce
Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Triple Ginger
Directions
1. Have a small bowl of drinking water, soak dried seaweed in water for 15 minutes.
2. Mix the Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Triple Ginger with Kikkoman® Thai Style Peanut Sauce, Blend the sauce at a ratio of 2:1.
3. Add rehydrated seaweed and mixed greens to a large bowl.
4. Pour dressing over salad and gently stir to coat. *Prepare an amount according to your preference.
5. Place the salad on a plate or dish and enjoy.
Note : For future use of the remaining dressing, put in a plastic container or an empty bottle and store it in the fridge.
