This state-of-the-art equipment allows for precise and efficient soldering of circuit boards, ensuring the highest level of quality and reliability in our products.
A vapor phase oven provides an extremely homogeneous temperature distribution throughout the oven chamber. This ensures that all parts of the circuit board are heated evenly, resulting in a more thorough and consistent soldering process. Additionally, vapor phase ovens have a much faster heating and cooling process compared to traditional convection ovens which leads to a higher throughput and capacity.
