Will AI help us find plant based ingredients that can replicate casein proteins or do we need precision fermentation to replicate casein protein? Or both?

New Culture is making cheese using precision fermentation technology where Climax Foods is making cheese using precision formulation technology aka using AI to find plant ingredients they can use to replicate the protein and make into cheese.
