When individual has gallstones, either his food habits are not good or he is having cyclical drop of foods that is there is no pattern of food that he is eating in his life. That means we have a biological clock in our body. So if we eat everyday at the same time and we follow that particular pattern and the body also gets into a cyclical hormonal pattern in the body and this prevents gallstone formation. Once Gallstone is formed, that means his food hats are not very good and he may be eating high fatty foods and deep fried foods and foods that contain oxidants. Once the complication has developed , gall bladder has to be removed if the complication has not developed, individual is advised to have a healthy eating pattern. Even after the removal of the gall bladder for gallstones, we have to develop a very healthy pattern of food habits and maintain the cycle in a very healthy manner that is most important.
