The "Look Back" is one of the first easy longboard tricks I recommend learning because you can do it on any board and opens up the possibility for other tricks in the future.
1️⃣ Stand in a wide stance. This helps give you enough room to make this move stylish.
2️⃣ Bring your back foot to the center of the board with your foot pointing backwards.
3️⃣ Kick the board back with your back foot, take your front foot off the toeside edge of the board, and plant it facing backwards just in front of the front truck.
4️⃣ Catch the front of the board with your heel over the board. Push off your planted foot, pull the board with your heel and jump into your switch stance.
🌟 PRO TIP: Make sure that when you plant your foot on the ground that both feet are pointed straight backwards. This will make doing the full rotation and riding away in switch much more comfortable.
