Oh my word!! This no equipment abs workout is SO MUCH FUN! Happy, strong abs and obliques are what we focus on and it's all in 10 minutes! I've included modifications throught our training, so beginner to advanced, you will get an awesome core workout! This no repeat structure make the time fly, but it is oh so effective!
