Kancha Aamer Tok Dal (কাঁচা আমের টক ডাল) is a popular Bengali red lentil sour soup. The sourness comes from raw mangoes. We are having this dal regularly these days as it is quite common in Bengali household during summer. Tok Dal is very light and refreshing. It helps to keep your body cool during summer. Nutrition Facts:
1. Raw mango prevents dehydration. It cures stomach disorders such as constipation, bloating, indigestion and diarrhoea.
