Inter Agency Task Force released a new resolution, IATF Resolution 106-A that puts the SUBJECT AREA defined under IATF Resolution 104 as areas of concern, under the strictest quarantine restrictions.
The good news though is that most travel guidelines in place even before this announcement are still good to go.
