Talbina (Barley porridge)
Ingredients:
Milk- 1& 1/2 cup
Barley flour- 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp ( Opcional)
Ghee- 1/2 tsp (optional)
Honey - 1 to 2 tsp (You can use brown sugar or only dates)
Dates to taste
Method:
In a pan add milk, cardamom powder, ghee and mix it well. Cook on medium heat until it gets thick, then add honey and serve it with some dates.
