This crispy sweet potato fries recipe is a great version of baked sweet potato fries that you're going to love! Watch this video to find out my tips how to make sweet potato fries in the oven and IMO the best healthy sweet potato fries!
INGREDIENTS
• 3-4 medium sized sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into ½ - 3/4" inch square fries
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp Chef Ange Base Seasoning - [ Ссылка ]
• 2 tsp smoked paprika
• 3 tsp baking powder
• fresh chopped parsley, to garnish
Dipping Sauce
• 2 cups Greek yogurt
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
• 1-2 tsp hot sauce
• pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 385F with convection setting on.
2. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into ½-3/4 inch thick fries. Soak in cold water of 10-15 minutes to remove starch. Drain, rinse and dry and place in a large mixing bowl.
3. Season fries with oil, Chef Ange Base Seasoning - [ Ссылка ], smoked paprika and baking powder. Mix to coat evenly and arrange evenly with space in between fries on a baking sheet with a raised grate. Place in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
4. While fries are in oven, mix “Dipping Sauce” ingredients together and place in fridge to cool.
5. After 20-25 min, remove fries and flip. Place back in oven for another 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on the edges.
6. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before handling and transferring to serving platter. Serve with dipping sauce and garnish with a pinch or two of fresh chopped parsley.
