I really want to talk about things to consider when you are deciding on whether or not to have RFF phalloplasty. The arm scar is a big turn off for many, but what a lot of people or doctors don't discuss is the possible pain and swelling post-op even 7 months down the road. I also want to talk about what I would do differently if I would have known.
