We join Taylor Spivey to get a look into what a day in the life of a professional triathlete looks like!

Taylor Spivey (born 1991) is an American professional triathlete. A Californian through and through, Taylor Spivey grew up on the beach. Summers in the LA County Junior Lifeguard Program led to her being a natural in the ocean with an attitude developed through open water racing. Spivey’s big breakthrough came with a first WTS series win in Leeds 2017.

Spivey competes at Elite pro level in the ITU Triathlon World Cup, ITU World Triathlon Series, Grand Prix de Triathlon, American Triathlon Confederation (CAMTRI) and Super League Triathlon competitions.
