Working with the BC Soccer U13 high performance program I was able to record one of the many warm-ups I have done with them. There are many variations to this type of warm-up and you can add more change of direction, core and single leg balance/stability work as well as further dynamic stretching components. As these athletes were only first exposed to this type of warm-up two days prior to filming they were able to adapt and do well with some of the movements. They are not perfect but hopefully you can see my demonstrations and how they are supposed to be completed.
