A review/overview of the Mastech M9803R bench digital multimeter.
As explained in the video, I don't have access to voltage/frequency standards so I just had to make do.
It has been reported that the download link no longer works, I'll leave it here anyway while I search for a replacement.

Scroll down to the Resources section and click on "DMM VIEW Software." This software works with several different models, including the Mastech M9803R.
