King Charles did not kick Andrew out of the royal villa so as not to appear vindictive. Prince Andrew has lived in the royal villa for more than two decades, and King Charles is hoping the problem will slip away, says an expert.
A royal expert believes it's a good idea to move Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson to Frogmore Cottage. Earlier this year, the king decided to ask Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to leave their Windsor home, apparently planning for the disgraced royal to marry.
Harry and Meghan met an early summer deadline to move the rest of their property from Frogmore Cottage, which they have used as a base while visiting Britain. Now it seems the King has put off moving his brother and ex-sister-in-law to Frogmore and out of the Royal House for the time being.
One expert said this was done to avoid giving the impression that the monarch was vindictive or cruel. Sarah Ferguson, who has been married to Andrew for ten years, was diagnosed with breast cancer earlier this month. The former royal remains close to Andrew and will no doubt need time off from her mastectomy following her diagnosis.
