配方表/Ingredients:
日式高汤底:
昆布1片(20cm*5cm)
水1升
木鱼花12g
鸡蛋两个
日式高汤 270克左右
香菇几片
虾 几只(味啉1汤匙、酱油1茶匙)
薄芡:
日式高汤60ml
味啉 1汤匙
酱油 一小匙
盐 一小撮
水淀粉 适量
🌟味啉可用料酒+白糖或蜂蜜替代
Dashi Stock:
a piece of sea-tangle (20cm*5cm)
one Liter of water
dried bonito flake 12g
a couple of mushroom slices
a couple of prawns (Marinate with a tbsp of Mirin and a tsp of soy sauce
two eggs
Dashi stock 270g
drizzle sauce:
Dashi stock 60ml
a tbsp of Mirin
half a tsp of soy sauce
a pinch of salt
water starch
🌟Please feel free to replace Mirin with cooking wine and honey or sugar
