Hey guys in this bonus video we share with you our tips and tricks to help you get the middle splits. These are the exercises that we used when we were trying to get flat so we really hope they can help you achieve your middle splits!
Remember to take things slow. Don’t move onto the harder stretch until you are ready. A stretching feeling is expected and is ok but if you feel like it’s going to cause an injury stop. Good luck everyone! ♥️
