Drs. Abdulrahman Abodarahim and Edward Kuwera demonstrate the tenon pull-up technique of isolating the inferior oblique muscle. This allows for direct visualization of the muscle, vortex vein, and also ensures the lateral and inferior rectus muscles are not accidentally disrupted.
