The situation in the Luhansk region is critical. The Russian army is trying to block and shell the civilian infrastructure of Lysychansk, the only city in the Luhansk region controlled by Ukraine. Among the defenders of the region are two brothers who went to war immediately after Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
