In the video, Dr. Brown talks about what swelling you can expect when recovering from your Breast Augmentation Surgery! Along with talking about when you can expect to see the swelling go down, he also talks about what patients commonly mistake for swelling. Implants that are placed under the muscle often need time for the muscle to stretch following surgery, allowing for the implants to rest into their final position. This temporary tight feeling in the chest and high riding implants can be mistaken for swelling.
