Recipe 1 - Mango-ginger chicken
Ingredients
chicken bone less – 1/2 kg
mango - ginger -
garlic(chopped) – 2 spn
honey – 2 tbspn
egg – 2 nos
pepper powder – 2 spn
corn flour – 2tbspn
capsicum 2 colours (sliced) – 2 nos
spring onion (sliced) – 1 cup
dry red chilly – 3 nos
onion (chopped) – 2 tbspn
mango-ginger – 2 piece
tomato sauce – 2 spn
soya sauce – 1 & 1/2 spn
vinegar – 2 spn
pepper powder – 2 spn
Directions
1.Marinate the chicken with egg, pepper powder, salt and corn flour in a bowl. For about 1 hours.
2.Fry chicken and set aside.
3.Fry dry red chilly in same oil.
4.Fry capsicum and spring onion. Set aside.
5.Saute garlic and onion.
6.Add mango – ginger, then saute well.
7.Add tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar and pepper powder.
8.Pour cornflour paste into it.
9.Add chicken piece and fried veggies ,then mix well.
10.Pour honey and pepper powder on the dish .Mix well.
Recipe 2 – paneer madhura cholam
Ingredients
chicken (minced) – 1/2 kg
bread (cut into round shape) – 10
sweet corn – 1 cup
pepper powder – 2 spn
maida paste -1/4 cup
spring onion – 1 cup
paneer (grind) - 1/2 cup
sauce – 3 tbspn
Directions
1.Combine chicken, sweet corn, paneer, pepper,chilly powder and salt.
2.Put filling on the bread and cover with other bread.
3.Seat it with maida paste.
4.Fry until its brown.
Recipe 3 – Tuna balls
Ingredients
tuna (cooked & minced) - 250 gm
onion (chopped) – 3 nos
potato (smashed) -
egg (beated) – 1 nos
coriander - mint leaves – as required
ginger – garlic (chopped) – 2 spn
green chilly (chopped)– 3 nos
chilly powder – 1 1/2 spn
coriander powder – 2 spn
turmeric powder – 1/2 spn
garam masala powder – 2 spn
bread crumbs – 2 spn
corn flour – 1 spn
Directions
1.Saute onion
2.Add ginger-garlic and green chilly. Saute well.
3.Add coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt. Saute well.
4.Add tuna, saute until its dry.
5.Saute with coriander-mint leaves.
6.Transfer into a bowl .
7.Combine chicken with smashed potatoes, bread crumbs and corn flour. Make small balls.
8.Dip balls in the egg and bread crumbs.
9.Fry balls until its crispy.
