A Sacramento Regional Transit not in service train on the SACRT Gold Line passes first right before the Union Pacific Railroad Florin Flyer Local freight train headed west passes through the Horn Road railroad crossing on the UP Placerville Branch in Rancho Cordova, California headed to pickup at Nevada Cement before returning to the main line. Not sure where else they went to work after the Placerville if they worked anywhere else as they had five extra cars on this train that weren't for the Placerville Branch and I forgot to listen to the scanner again to see unless they had extra cars from a job that couldn't be done and they were just holding them. The first light rail was not in service and possibly the cause of the service disruption this day.
Got one more light rail also that was coming headed inbound. Note that SACRT has removed the SP DOT Tag that was on the close signal. It had came loose this past winter from the storms and after the mechanisms were replaced here SACRT removed it since there's was in place anyway already.
TBH, this would of been my prefered position of filming this crossing if it weren't for the traffic lights position in front if the signal. i wish they would of moved it to the right a little out the way of the signal.
