One of the most valuable aspects of Agile is understanding where the team is at in each of their sprints. In this video, we cover one of the tools called Information Radiator. There are several techniques for how to use this tool. Such as low-tech, high-touch, and high-tech, low-touch. The video discusses what makes up an effective radiator, which ones you can make yourself, and how to create your own custom information radiator.
