Recently, I flew on a Cathay Pacific flight from Sydney to Hong Kong in Business Class. The CX service, food, and experience was (mostly) exceptional as usual, but the unresponsive IFE and older seat onboard the old Boeing 777-300ER ruined the experience. Even worse, the flight was scheduled to be an Airbus A350-900 before it was changed a week ahead of the scheduled departure, so I was expecting a significantly newer hard product for my 9 hours in the sky
