Jackfruit Kesari Bath

Ingredients required
Ripped Jack fruit 10 nos
Semolina ( rava ) 1 cup
Refined sugar 2 cups
Water 3 cups
Melted desi ghee 6 oz
Cashew nuts 25 gm
Cardamom powder 1 pinch
Method
In a blender add the ripped jackfruit with little water
and blend it, keep aside.
Heat the pan and add desi ghee 6 oz, once the ghee is hot
add cashews to it, fry till light brown color.
Add water 3 cups, and let it boil for few mins,once the water
starts to boil add 2 cups of sugar and stir it for few mins.
once the water is boiled, simmer the flame and start adding
the 1 cup semolina ( Rava ) to it slowly and whisk it.
Make sure no lumps are formed.
When the rava starts to cook add the jackfruit pulp and mix it well
when the air bubbles are formed, switch off the flame, keep aside
and sprinkle cardamom powder to it. Optional toppings are raisins and
chopped jackfruit.
