Getting listings as a real estate agent is the name of the game. In this video, I’ll break down exactly how to get more listings in real estate even in a low inventory seller’s market. I’ll give you my entire listing lead generation plan and break down how I go about converting each lead source.
The first lead source I discuss in the video and how you can get listings are FSBO’s or for sale by owners. This is a great seller lead source. I break down my FSBO script, FSBO appointment strategy, FSBO follow up system and then how to get the FSBO to list with me during this listing appointment.
The next listing lead source I discuss in the video, is new and old expired listings. In this section, I’ll teach you my Expired listing script and how I set listing appointments with expired listings. After expired listings, I’ll teach you how to get more listings going after another great listing lead source which are for rent by owners or FRBO’s. These listing leads are what I call active listing leads. These are seller leads that are actively selling their home and one of the easiest and fastest ways to get listings.
I then talk about picking a real estate lead generation listing niche. As an example, in this video, I’ll teach you how I get listings by specializing in divorce real estate listings, absentee owner listings and working with seniors to get listings. I also include how I work each of these seller lead niches to get more listings.
The next listing lead source I teach you in this video, is how to get listings working with referral partners. These are other professionals like attorneys, CPA’s, financial planners, insurance agents, etc. In this video, I share how I work with divorce attorneys and sales managers at assisted living facilities. Having Referral partners in your business as a real estate agent is a great way to ensure you get inbound referrals and consistent new listings.
