But as you might know, I grew up on a farm in Kansas where meat was the center of our plate for most of our meals. The idea of becoming a vegetarian has never excited me - but I DO feel passionate about doing my part for our world.

A “Flexitarian” eating pattern - also called a “semi-vegetarian” diet - is a plant-forward way to reduce meat and animal protein for a more eco-friendly diet without becoming vegetarian or vegan.
