whats up guys this is a short video on how to fix the speaker problem most common in the 1999-2005 impalas. As it turns out the factory amp can trip. This will give you power to your deck but no power to the speakers, No Power = No Sound. And when it does it needs to be reset manually using your stock head unit. If you dont have the stock unit just cut the white wire from your stock amplifier harness located behind the seats between the 6x9s. And connect it to the blue and white remote power wire usually used for your after-market amplifier. This will bypass the vehicles trip switch and the amp will now turn on when the key is turned.
