Dissection of a pig heart. Hearts were donated by a local meat processing business. Parts described include: left ventricle, interventricular sulcus, right ventricle, left and right atrium, left and right atrioventricular valve, aortic and pulmonary semilunar valves, pectinate muscle, trabeculae carneae, apex of heart, base of heart, pulmonary trunk, aorta, pericardium, myocardium, endocardium, and more.
