Probably everyone knows what Khachapuri from Georgian cuisine means. In June we went to Georgia, Batumi - homeland of Adjarian Khachapuri. But we were not lucky with the weather, it rained every day. And one of that days, trying to escape from the pouring rain, we ran into a bakery.
The bakery offered only food for takeaway, because the room was only a kitchen and a counter. But we were invited inside, and to avoid a long waiting for the end of the rain - they showed us how Adjarian Khachapuries are made. We had an interesting time and now we share this recipe with you.
