In today's video I'll be crafting Shock Avoidance Boots AKA Stormshroud Boots. Stormshroud is a jewel that allows us to become entirely elemental ailment immune if we have 100% chance to avoid being shocked, and Stormshroud Boots are a very easy way to reach that required number.
