Today I am playing with the new Party Popper embossing powders from @WowEmbossingPowder to create 3 different backgrounds for my cards. These brightly colored powders have gold and white flecks suspended in them for a very unique look! I will also turn these three backgrounds into some cute cards, which one is your fave?
