Mushrooms are a good source of protein and multigrain bread with no atta is an healthy option to make a sandwich.
Along with veggies this makes a perfect snack for the quick cravings and it is delicious as well.

Just sauté your choice of vegetable in olive oil/ghee
And add mushrooms.
Toast the multigrain bread and apply any spread of your choice (I have used chilli cheese dip)
Add cucumber and the sautéed vegetables
You can also add mustard sauce which is optional and ENJOY!
