With no choice but to deliver his speech from Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Kosal Khiev gives a riveting commencement address to the 2014 graduating class of Southeast Asian Americans at the University of California - Irvine campus. Kosal's commencement address comes one day before President Obama's on the same campus.
