THE RECIPE
Mutton Yakhni Pulao is a Kashmiri recipe made using rice, mutton and a lot of spices that is full of essence and flavours. 1 kg mutton
1 teaspoon salt
3 green cardamom
2 black cardamom
3 cinnamon sticks
1 tablespoons dry coriander
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
5 cloves
5 garlic clove
1 teaspoon ginger
1 medium onion
(For pulao)
1 kg mix mutton
4 cup rice
3 medium onions
10 garlic clove
Salt to taste
1 cup oil
5 green cardamom
2 black cardamom
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 tablespoons dry coriander powder
6 cinnamon sticks
6 cloves
Mace 1 piece
5 bey leaves
6 green chilli
2 large tomatoes
