Hi all!

This video is a bit of a switch up from my typical videos to discuss what many are talking about in the long COVID space: nicotine patches.

I am planning on trying nicotine patches for 30 days (if I don’t have bad adverse reactions) to see if I feel any results.

* I am not a doctor or researcher. Just a woman looking to find healing.

Although, nicotine has a stigma, I don’t think it should be something to overlook. Of course, make your own research-driven decision before trying anything new.
