ARTGER is in Darkhan, Mongolia at a stop of our international reggae tour over the summer. We head to the rooftop of Tokhi Restaurant and meet with their head chef, Boldoo. He works together with ARTGER's own Baysaa of our “Khan's Kitchen” series, and the founder of Suka Suka Sauce (and “Far East Empress”) Masia One to make some Mongolian/Jamaican BBQ fusion!
We've got Mongolian sheep loin, Mongolian chicken, and shrimp, and it gets marinated with the first 100% natural Jamaican jerk sauce grown and developed in Asia: Suka Suka Sauce.
Those guys are joined by Artger's “homeboy from the hoodoo” Nargie, ARTGER/FunkyGer's DJ BO/Brian Offenther, and Mongolian reggae artist Macho MaFa.
